Difference between Test and Prod for Ownership - For entity not moved

Summary:

A variance is not expected when moving entities in the legal hierarchy only.

When moving a few parents within the legal hierarchy, I noticed differences at S_Legal (expected) for some months but at S_Regn (not expected). I did not change the regional hierarchy

I looked at both within the Consolidation screen, and I do not see differences (the % are the same, the control is the same, and the methods are the same)

1 . When comparing Test to Prod, for certain months, there is a difference between the below members when conducting a Smart View pull.
