Export or download data validation rules on forms

Summary:

We have multiple forms with data validation controls; is there a way to download these?

Content (required):

We have deployed a vast number of data validation rules on our forms to ensure consistency and accuracy of data (do two balances agree, is the signage correct etc.). Our audit team have asked to see the full list of these - is there a way to download or export this in anyway as they are not satisfied with having them demo'd, they want a hard copy of all of them.
