Summary:

I need a survey not to be sent when the chat is automatically disconnected due to inactivity.

In the chat business rules, it is not possible to create conditionals so that the search trigger does not happen when there is an automatic disconnection.

I also tried to manipulate using the BUI extensions, but I couldn't.

Our agents using the BUI to attendes the customers.

Any known customization to achieve this?

I'll apreciate any help for it, thank you!
