Has a date been set when Redwood is no longer opt in?

Summary: Would like to know when Oracle plans to make Redwood theme required.

Content (required): We recently implemented guided learning on a custom theme and it was very time consuming to match all the screen prints to our environment. Requesting for adequate advanced notification when Redwood will no longer be opt in as we will need significant amount of time to prepare end users and update training material. Getting release notes 2 months in advance of a quarterly update is not adequate.
