Overview

Normally you assign roles to the templates you want the role to access. Furthermore, you configure the data set access each role has, such as create, save, upload, rollback and view all data sets.

For templates that are based on objects that haven't implemented data security with HSDL, you're restricted from assigning role access. You can create a custom role that has access to all templates.

Note: This role will give the user access to every active template using the Run Spreadsheet Data Loader task and ALL supported actions for ALL data sets. i.e. a user with this role can download data sets created by other users and can upload data using any active template.
