Description

Use this template to create and maintain competencies and behaviors. This template is configured for person Talent Profiles with a content item validated competency meaning these attributes are mandatory:

Profile Code, Section Context, Date From, Competency Content Item Name, Evaluation Type Code, Reviewer Person Number

Model profiles don't use the Evaluation Type Code or Reviewer Person Number attributes. To create a template for model profiles, or if your competency section instead uses the free-text Competency, you need to change the user key used for the Competency section. After importing this template:
