How to move the components from one application to other application in redwood

Summary:

I installed Welcome page Template (Redwood) into one application in VBCS. I created other application with Redwood theme and the components are not available. I am not able to install again. When i search for the components it is saying installed, and in the installed tab i am getting error message as "Does not exist in the component exhange" Please let me know how to fix the issue
