Need to verify surveys are being sent as designed
We have a customer telling us they are not getting any surveys. I am looking to find a way to see all incidents and which incidents were sent a survey. I am not concerned at this time about any responses.
Based on the community, I created a report with a Incidents table with and outer join to transactions table with a join expression of transaction_type = 24 (sent).
We are set up limit frequency to do not send if 2 or more were sent in last 15 days. and recency in the past 15 days
I have a contact who sent in 32 email requests between Dec 6th and Dec 30th - an no surveys were sent. I have also made a copy of 7042 and removed some question related fields to determine what surveys were sent out on what incidnets.
