Not getting data upon submit on Incident Custom field Type "Menu" on chat launch page

Hi Experts,

I have a Incident custom field ( since I know only incident custom fields are accepted on chat pages ) data type menu. The problem is upon submit. The value selected on the dropdown is not being captured from the chat launch page to the Console. I have also checked the "Display" option under chat on the interface part of the custom field. Admin and End-user also has both view and edit checked.

Content (required):

Capture the dropdown value from chat launch page to the console and chat pop-up screen.
