Hiding General Information from Product Dropdown

Content (required): How can we hide the General Information option from the Product dropdown menu on the customer portal? When implementing the dynamic forms and product dropdown menu an extra "General Information" option shows that is not visible or accessible through Configuration>Products/Categories/Dispositions. We want the customers to choose only the products listed and not a general option that lets them avoid choosing a topic.
