Hide or show field if value changes from another field on the same page

Summary:

A field will hide or show depending on the value from another field on the same page. For example: An FCL field, if user will choose "Other" option, another field will show to put a value on it (a text field). This is fairly easy in App Composer, how do we do it in Visual Builder? Currently extending Digital Sales.
