We are using KA, and when our agents search the KB from within the BUI, they can view an answer in a popup window with a URL like https://mysite.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/?route=okcsAnswerDetails&answerId=123456&contentState=published. We sell support contracts, and access to some content requires a contract. When the agents see the answer, they cannot see the user groups/access levels assigned to the answer. Unless they open the answer in Authoring or use some other method to check the user groups, they may discuss content or send a link to content that the customer cannot see.
