Send confirmation email to customer when they register their assets in Customer Portal or by Agents.
Summary:
Hi there,
I wonder if there is a way that we can send a confirmation email to the customer when they register their assets? (From the Customer portal or by Calling us).
I know I can send emails to customers by using the Business rule in the Incident object. But i don't see there is an option that I can set a business rule to fire Email from Assets Object.
