Same email being sent to two SC inboxes

Hi Amins!

We plan to expand our Service Cloud by adding more teams.

All the teams will use the same interface, but some will require separate inboxes.

Is there a way to prevent the creation of duplicate incidents if an email was sent to [email protected] with [email protected] in CC? When both are added to Service Cloud.
