Summary: How to disable/enable set of users from production

Content (required): We looked at our SSO settings to disable if any. but we do not have any option of selecting few users to disable. As we have other teams that still need access to application using SSO ( ex: Agents needs to be disabled , Authors should have access to apps using sso).
