BUI Extensions for Meeting Recording

Summary:

To provide a sample solution and documentation for initiating and attaching Live Experience (LX) meetings from within Incidents and storing the engagement details on RightNow Service at the end of each meeting for better analytics and history.

Extensions in this post can be used to replace the below default extensions that can be downloaded from LX portal.

Workflow

• Open an incident
• Click on Generate meeting Workspace ribbon, which will assign meeting code and URL custom fields in the Incident.
• Once the meeting url of the incident is set, the join meeting workspace ribbon will be registered in the incident.
