Summary:
I would like to set a workspace rule to update organization in incident.
Content (required):
I was trying to update ORG from incident workspace rules and I was not able to find the ORG field inside Incident field list - ie I would like to change Org1 to Org2 connected to Incident via workspace rule.
I could see contact, location..etc but not ORG field.
Would like to know why and is this a standard feature where org update is not feasible in workspace rules. what are the alternates of achieve this ?
