Can we Deploy Custom VB Pages in UK Gov SaaS pods (OC4)?

Summary:

Deployment of custom VB Pages to SaaS (custom applications or extensions to Fusion) require the use of (free) Build Executors... however these are not available in SaaS pods hosted in UK Gove Gage (OC4). In order to deploy and host VB components a stand alone VB instance is required in OCI Tenancy in order to stand up and run the Build Executors - when will free build executors be available for SaaS in OC4?
