Summary:

We are attempting to utilize the Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) Adapter event listener capability in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to listener for contact creation and incident creation. However, we are unable to see any instances being created with our integration.

We have followed all of the setup steps stated here (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/application-integration/rightnow-adapter/prerequisites-creating-connection.html#GUID-65728287-E9A3-49DC-81AB-BAF5161A94BF). We can see the event listener subscription in the OSvC interface. We have downloaded the OIC certificate and uploaded into OSvC. We have all of the OSvC parameters configured.
