Our team (Consolidations team) will typically receive journal entries to post into FCC on behalf of our various accounting teams during monthly close. However, we have a few accounting teams who would like to have the capability of posting entries directly into FCC themselves.

The issues were experiencing is with the Approval Hierarchy, which only allows for one owner at any given time. There are a few members of our team who are Power Users and not Service Administrators. We setup our Approval Hierarchy to have their security group as owners of our Journal data sources so that they can submit journal entries we receive for all legal entities. In order to allow other accounting teams to post their own entries, we would need to assign their security groups as owners of their legal entities & the Journal data sources. This effectively would disallow
