Is there a way to add a script to a Message Template

Summary:

Trying to add a script to the body of the template send via email.

Content (required):

I am trying to add a script to an existing Message template. In the HTML tab --> toolbox all is listed are: HTML, Links, and Dynamic Content. The last one all in lists are: Case Section, Conditional Section, Incident Thread, Merge Fields, and Merged Report.
