how to see the variable name or report name into the reporting package

Hello All,

I created, some days ago, a word document where I embedded sheet and variable contents. Now, I would like to know the name for each content when I scroll the word document. I click on the three points but nothing happens (see picture below)

Then, I tried to recreate a new variable, and to my amazement I'm able to see the popup with the assigned name (see picture below).

Have you ever experienced this kind of issue?
