The Development and Cloud Operations teams are currently working on a solution to resolve the performance incident on POD 2 related to Bulk API. We are currently targeting a hot-fix for later this evening. While we are unable to provide a granular ETA and the next scheduled update will be around 10:00am EDT (UTC-4) on Friday, March 21st, 2014.

The hot-fix we were targeting for last night didn't pass our tests with QA. The Development and Cloud Operations teams continue to review alternative solutions. We are unable to provide an ETA, but the next scheduled update will be around 3:00pm EDT (UTC-4) today.
