Can I Create External Data Dictionary of Used Fields/Objects

Can I export data fields and objects our organization is using for a external data dictionary?

There is the Data Dictionary that can be used when creating a report, but this doesn't seem to have a way of easily exporting the data. Before we look into other methods of reporting this, I thought it prudent to check with yourselves whether you can provide a database schema that contains information on the tables and fields used within our system? I'm aware the backend uses MySQL as the underlying database, so in theory this should be fairly easy to provide
