For Term Correction approvals current termination type is returning NULL

Summary:

Business gets around 500 term correction request per week.

So we are trying to have a approvals in place when a manager make any Term Correction based on Termination Type change we either autoapprove or send for approval

Content (required):

When we try to set the approval based on termination type, we are not NULL for current termination type, so the approvals are failing and helping it to redirect to approvals.
