Summary:

When some users are starting the Rightnow desktop app, once it loads, they get a error message that "there is a problem with the SSL certificate for this site. This could be due to an expired certificate or a certificate that has not been installed locally as a trusted certificate. Click OK to continue and accept this certificate for this session.

Content (required):

Client prompts for a error about the SSL certifiicate, but I cannot locate in certificates mmc which certificate is the issue.

they either launch the client from the star menu using the rightnow.appref-ms or using a URL on the desktop. makes no difference
