Summary: Answers drafts are getting deleted.


Content (required): Our KB admins have run into a situation when they create an answer. In general, person A creates the answer and person b approves it, then it is published. What they are finding is that if a person C opens the answer draft before person B can approve it, it disappears. Has anyone run into this before? I read that you can write a business rule to prevent the deletion of answer versions, but I don't know if that applies to this situation or not. Thank you for your time!
