Headcount is populating as zero when we edit the Pending Worker record.

edited Nov 28, 2024 9:34AM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Hello,

Our hiring work in this way:

Step 1 : We load an HDL containing person details in HCM and their record is stored as Pending Worker.

Step 2: Then we add a value to one DFF through Edit Pending Worker by selecting three dots besides Person's record under pending worker.

Step 3: We convert the Pending worker to employee by going through Pending Worker -> Three dots -> Convert -> Submit.

Step 4: Active Employee record created.

Issue:

We don't load headcount through HDL in step1, it remains blank. When we try to add value in DFF in step2, headcount field also gets auto populated to zero, and upon submitting this change headcount gets populated with zero. At step3 when our team convert the PW to employee headcount gets populated as zero in active employee record as well.

Howdy, Stranger!
