oj-table load more on scroll/pagination issues inside oj-sp-smart-filter-search

Summary:

Page has been created using the Smart Filter Search Page Template.

When scrolling the table only the first page (fetch size 25) is displayed.

When scrolling past that first page to get the next data set in the network tab you can see the data provider fires continual requests until it has retrieved all the data.

If the table height is removed it will fire continual requests on page load, but still not all data shown.

We are using offset, limit and hasMore elements which seem to be the defaults required.
