Is there a way to add country codes in the UI?

Content (required):

We are still using a legacy system that doesn't have some ISO country codes, so they pass in our payment requests then fail. Is there a way to add a country code in the UI (manually)? Ideally we could add our country code and then map it to the ISO code.
