Is there an ability to save a filter in Redwood experience pages?

Looking for a way to save a filter setting in Redwood experience pages

We have enabled the Redwood experience for the Payroll Relationships page in one of our 23C environments. We noticed that the default shows Inactive - Payroll Eligible employees. We set the filter to only show Active - Payroll Eligible Assignment Status employees, but there is no way to save this filter that we can find. Does a way to save this filter setting exist so it does not have to be toggled each time you revisit the page?
