Our client wants to filter learning items under My Client Groups -> Learning.

When we, for example, go to My Client Groups -> Learning -> Specialization. We will see this page:

Our client wants to be able to filter all the Specializations according to which Coordinator is currently viewing the page. For example, the current coordinator viewing is from the HR Department - they should be able to filter the learning items in this catalog according to which department they belong to. If they are from the IT Department, then the Specializations shown in this page should only be relevant to the IT Department.
