Use this template to create new hires linked to existing user accounts identified by username. If you want to identify existing user accounts by email, use the Create New Hires and Link to an Existing User Account by Email template instead.

You may want to edit this template to include additional information for your new hires, such as Job, Department and Location.

This template uploads data as the application user and can be secured by job role.

Changes made using this template will be audited, if you've enabled auditing in the application for employee changes.
