Marketing Activity Exports from Eloqua to SFDC returning zero records

I am trying to export marketing activity from Eloqua to Salesforce using the Salesforce Integration app.

The first time I run it, it created orphaned records in the Task Object in SF.

I made a few changes to map the records to SFDC Lead ID and made sure there were events for the lead before the export run.

Since then, all effort to replicate this have returned zero records. The lead iD is present in both Eloqua and SF but still nothing.

I have created new send, open and form submission events but after the 15min when the export runs, it return zero volumes with no errors in the report.
