Notifications on Incident Update

Hi All,


We are currently using Oracle Service Cloud Version 23A in BUI. In Incident, we have new status values like "Returned" assigned to "unresolved" status type that is actually replacing the existing status value "Updated". So whenever the incident is moved to this "Returned" status value, we are expecting to receive the toast notifications in the assigned user's notification window of BUI. But we could see the notification popping up only when the Incident in "Open" Status is being assigned or reassigned is throwing the notification and it is not displayed in any other scenarios.

It would be great if you can provide us some insights on whether there is any configuration that has to be modified to make this work. Or do we need to reach out to oracle for assistance.
