Notifications Panel

In EPM, we see a notification panel on the redwood desktop. In our Oracle instance we access the notifications via the bell. Is there a way to add the notifications panel to the redwood desktop for ERP? We have changed our instances to the redwood format.

After the change to the redwood format, we were expecting to see the notification panel on the desktop. We see this panel on EPM and it is much more user friendly than clicking on the Bell. Is there a way to add the notification panel to the Redwood Desktop in ERP? We still have the bell notification after the change.
