Sending Notifications when status changes

Received Response

When an Incident is updated and the status of Incident is changed from Open to any other custom status value we have defined in our system. Our ideal expectation is to receive notification in the bell icon on top of the application for the Agent whoever is the owner of the Incident mentioning that the Incident has been updated.
Currently this functionality is working only when the Incident is being reassigned to another Agent and the Assigned Agent is receiving an Update that they have an Incident to work.
