I am getting a pair of errors when trying to retrieve an Element Manager Token via SSO.

I have gone through the process defined here: https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11065 I have added my generated root cert to File Manager->Additional Root Certificates and added my generated public certificate to the IDP that I've created. I'm using my personal private certificate to generate my JWT through JWT.IO and using that payload on both Postman as well as the Swagger endpoint to attempt to generate a token. In both cases, I get an error, but those errors differ. On Postman, the error that OSVC logs is:
