Can you export and import a Message Template

Hi all,

I have a Message Template in the test site and will like to import it to the production site. Is there an import/export available to Message templates?

Also is there a way to copy a message template? I will like to create a new message template based on an existing one and then modify the copy one. The original message template is getting too large, with many conditions.
