how to trigger contact's business rule
Summary:
Hi guys,
I want to trigger a contact's business rule when a contact is created.
Ideally I would like to base on the date created to trigger this rule.
But for some reason, the rule is not triggered at all. I checked the runtime rule log. It doesn't show any rule was triggered.
I am sure I have included the source from which the contact was created.
Is there anything I might missed?
