We have a requirement to trigger a separate checklist only for Pending workers with the proposed worker type ‘Contingent Worker’. This should trigger based on the Move to HR action in ORC.

Approach followed: We have chosen Enterprise onboarding as the category and Add Pending Worker as Action (We tried ‘Add Contingent Worker’, doesn’t work as it is the proposed worker type). At the eligibility profile level, we have written the below fast formula along with some additional exclusion/inclusion rules. However, this has not worked out for us so far.
