Is it possible to change the size of content inside a workspace for better visibility?
Content (required):
We have an agent who is having accessibility issues (vision) with some areas of the application. We can increase the message box / thread sizes so this is fine, but the user is experiencing issues with visibility of the workspace area and fields.

Is there any way we can increase this area via standard settings? I cannot locate any options. We have also reviewed options within Windows itself, but these do not seem to work / affect OSC RightNow.
