Interorganization shipment Across the Business Unit and Within Business unit in cloud fusion, calculates duplicate transfer prices


Content (required):

We are having 2 BU and we are transferring material across BU with Transfer Order, We have configured SFO and 5 % Transfer price which is working as expected. We also have a need to transfer within BU as Interorganization via Transfer Order. We set an Overhead Absorption Rule to satisfy this transaction.

Now when a transfer occurs across BU> Cost Management considers Transfer Price calculated from SFO as well as overhead absorption rule.

Can you have a work around to solve this issue? or any other option to solve this problem?
