Would you be able to confirm if there is a way to configure for document owners to receive a task and notification when a document they own receives a rating?
For example, if a document gets 1 star with a comment, it would be helpful if this feedback were a task or notification so that if improvements are needed on a document the owner is made aware in a timely manner.
