How to delete disabled SLA Instances ?

We would like to delete SLA Instances associated with an organization that are in a disabled state. Can this be removed using connect API without removing the organization object?

When we attempt to remove SLA instance using following code it does not delete the SLA Instances, it only disables them if they are active,  no change noticed on already disabled SLA instances.
