Automating Current Date Inclusion for Incident Response and Subject Lines

Hi Admins!

We are adding a new process to our OSvC where agents need to add a current date into the Incident Response and Incident Subject line. I want to make this process more automatic.

With an incident response it’s easy – Custom Object ‘Current Data’ can be automatically added as a system-defined variable into a Standard Text. But is it possible to add this automatically to an Incident Subject?

Additionally, we're investigating whether it's feasible to automatically include a modified date, specifically, the date from two days ago, in both the response and Subject lines. Any ideas on what would be the best way to implement it?
