Load csv in array to show in table, worked in VB classic but no in Redwood

Summary:

I had a working app. that loaded a csv. file in array and then shown in table as below:

I followed similar blog to this:

Now, I find that Redwood does not allow this change that is the core of the blog.

Please could anyone upload a basic example of how to load a csv in table with redwood? or explain step by step?
