While trying to create an incident the "The Given Key was not present in dictionary" error shows.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The message keeps coming up and does not allow the agent to create an incident. It happens sporadically to many agents. When it happens, the agent(s) tries several times to create the incident, until if finally works. The bad thing is that is that the agent desktop console is used at a call center and it disrupts the agent's call.

Does anyone know what may be happening and if there is something we need to do?
