Task Assigned Combined Notification.

I'm resolving an issue where the attributes that pick up the first name, last name, date, etc. in the message body are returning "null". Please see screenshots below:

This is the sample email. The "null" values are highlighted below in yellow.

This is how it is set up in Alerts Composer. As of writing, I can successfully pick up the username, but still unable to pick up the task in the tables below:
