[ALERT COMPOSER WLF] - Filters for recently deleted assignments notification do not work correctly

When I run my notifications for recently deleted assignments (learning records), I get no data.

I'm working on standard notification learning ( Recently Withdrawn Assignments, Alert Code: WLF-00011). The basic standard notification filter expression is this:


exists (SELECT 'x' from dual where ${withdrawnDate} >= (select nvl(max(trunc(runs.run_end)),sysdate-1) from hrc_alert_runs runs, hrc_alerts_b alerts where runs.alert_id = alerts.alert_id and alerts.alert_code = 'WLF-00011'))


This is a notification to inform the employee that he has been withdrawn from a training in the last 24 hours. I'd like to modify the notification so that it also takes into account people who have been deleted from a training in the last 24 hours. I've modified the filters to do this, but it doesn't work:
