[ALERT COMPOSER WLF] - Filters for recently deleted assignments notification do not work correctly

I'm working on standard notification learning ( Recently Withdrawn Assignments, Alert Code: WLF-00011). The basic standard notification filter expression is this:

This is a notification to inform the employee that he has been withdrawn from a training in the last 24 hours.
